Amazing location. Center to everything. Emelia was great! She had provided thorough instructions prior to arrival, was constantly in touch to ensure we were having a pleasant stay and had what we needed. The apartment itself had everything we needed with comfortable beds and facilities. There was some street noise that can be heard early am and sounds from the other apartment that may be bothersome for light sleepers but that was not in our case. Overall very happy and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay. Bed was comfy and staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Comfort/cleanliness wise, it was just the quality of the toilet paper. As it’s so thin people will use more, so it’s false economy. Toilet bush holder needs emptying and disinfecting. Otherwise excellent and we will definitely recommend! Thank you ☺️

We loved this apartment as it was so clean & comfortable. Also it is lovely having a balcony so you can open up the doors. The apartment is light & bright and has everything you need. We had difficulty finding the garage. The apartment is not signed well. The bed is so comfortable.

Teresa and Emilia were excellent hosts of an excellent property. The apartment was very clean. modern and spacious. Everything we needed was there. It was really comfortable and the place felt very secure. Also the on-site parking is great! It was really easy to find and Teresa sent us clear instructions on how to use the car lift and where to park etc. The hosts were readily available if we had any queries. We’d definitely return here and we wish then well.

The apartment was everything we expected and had everything we needed. Very convenient location, walking distance to central sights and easy public transport options to Alhambra, Albaicin and Sacramonte. Very quiet, spotless , comfortable and well equipped. Decent bed and shower with nice linens. The hosts were a 10/10 very helpful, concerned that we had everything, responsive and friendly. Emelia was particularly good in helping us find the apartment and parking entrance. In all highly recommended.

comme précisé par message il manquait un peu de fournitures pas de torchon dans la cuisine et surtout des patins anti bruits sous les pieds des chaises. Nous entendions celles des appartements voisins.

Very nice apartment in the old town. Great for walking around and soaking up the atmosphere. Parking is a short distance but we were able to unload our bags in front of the apartment before parking. Staff were very accommodating and she led to make sure that we didn’t need anything.

Me e sentido súper bien, pendientes que nada nos faltara, por la página de booking.com anote que necesita cuna, al llegar no estaba y se lo comente a Emilia ( creo que así se llamaba) y a los 5 minutos la tenia lista en la habitación. Chica súper amable y agradable. Seguro que si vuelvo por allí volveré a alojarme allí. Gracias por todo.

Creo que era la quinta vez que nos alojamos con vosotros. Por algo será. El final fue diferente por avería del ascensor del garaje, pero fue resuelta. Todo bien. Por decir algo, la cerradura del apart. 5 necesita engrase. Saludos

Foi tudo perfeito desde limpeza, a presença de azeite e sal que deram bastante jeito bem como produtos de higiene e toalhas mais que suficientes. Até detergente para a máquina de lavar roupa havia. Melhor impossível localização perfeita para passear granada a pé o carro nunca saiu do estacionamento. 5 estrelas. Quem nos recebeu também foi super simpática e prestável tendo explicado tudo o que era necessário.

This was last minute replacement for our original booking which was cancelled by the host. It even worked out for the better since Juan's place offers everything and more than you could possibly want or need. Apartment is big, bright, airy and clean. The location could not be better and everything about the host is easy and stress free. he is also very helpful person with good knowledge of the city. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Sólo comentarles un detalle, la hora del check in me parece demasiado tardía comparada con la generalidad del resto de apartamentos que suelo reservar tanto en Granada como en el resto de España, que suele ser a las 15:00 horas.

El alojamiento está genial. No tuvimos ningún problema ni para encontrar el sitio ni para comunicarnos con los dueños. Sin duda ha hecho más cómoda nuestra estancia en Granada, sobre todo por la ventaja de disponer de garage y por la estupenda ubicación del apartamento. El aislamiento de las ventanas era genial, no se escuchaba nada de fuera y además posee mucha luz en su interior. La decoración es sencilla y muy bonita. Como detalles destacaría el hecho de que hubiese cápsulas para los primeros cafés y todo la información que aparece en el documento que dejan en el apartamento: instrucciones de aparatos, lugares para visitar, precios, etc.

El apartamento está en una zona céntrica, perfecta para todos los que desean hacer turismo en esta ciudad. Es muy luminoso (por las mañanas incluso demasiado, puesto que no hay persianas) y está equipado con todo lo necesario. Se puede entrar bien caminando o por el parking para el que lo necesite (Se necesita un código que hay que pedir al hospedador). En general el apartamento está bien.

Very good. Great location and welcome. Comfortable. Quiet. Just would have liked that the sofa bed would have been pre made (like others places did over our trip in the region). Also worth checking and repairing what is broken like toilet and door handle. All walls need cleaning as full of black marks.
